Clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any reschedules, changes, or cancellations made within less than 48hrs of the scheduled appointment. Day of cancellations & no-shows will be charged 100% of services booked. Clients who arrive too late for an appointment in order to complete services booked will be charged the cancellation fee. Usually we can work with a 15 minute grace period for late clients however, some appointments are much shorter and arriving 15 minutes late would result in missing the entire appointment slot. Please reach out or use the “manage appointment” feature to make any needed changes before the 48hr deadline to avoid this fee. :)
